Professional Summary

I earned a BA in Human Ecology from Knox College (IL) and a Master of Social Work from Portland State. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Oregon (L10810). My primary theoretical foundations are ecological systems, family systems, and feminisms. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and I support Dual Process thinking. I come to this practice with a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and harm reduction approach. I am LGTBQ+ supportive, actively anti-sexist, and continually working to ensure an active anti-racist stance. I identify as AuDHD and am passionate about neurodivergence empowerment and equity.

Supporting educated self-determination is the focus of my practice. This process begins with listening with an active and authentic desire to understand meaningfulness from your perspective and build trust in our therapeutic alliance. In the context of your goals, we will work together to map out a realistic, you-centered plan for recovery, growth, and personal empowerment.
